A client opens your link and confirms receipt in their browser. No app installation or account is needed. You can check the status in TallyPro.
Use the bright share button in the operation.
Opening a link alone does not confirm receipt.
See the response in the operation’s history.
Awaiting confirmation
Demo only. No data is sent and no real receipt is created.
A recipient acknowledgement, not a bank receipt. It records an action by the link holder, does not verify identity and does not transfer money. Share the link only with the intended recipient.
Follow the numbers, understand the balance and keep the supporting details together.

Income, turnover and number of operations set against the same days of the previous month.
Tips walk you through every screen and point to the right button, so you and your team find your way from day one.
Document import prepares a draft for your review. It does not connect to a bank, execute a SWIFT transfer or verify that a payment settled. Recognition depends on the document format and legibility.
Business adds one block to the Home screen with everything a growing practice needs. Open it with the arrow, tap any row to see it in place, and tap again to close. Nothing extra to learn.
Each client gets a private page in the browser. They confirm the operations you ask about, ask questions and send invoices, contracts and payment orders. Anything new shows as a yellow number in TallyPro.
One permanent link per client, for a month, a quarter, a year or all time. The statement shows balances by currency and the operations of the period, and can update itself after every change.

See who changed an operation and when — and open that operation right there to review, edit or repeat it.
A bank statement against your account: what matches and what is missing.
Your company logo on every invoice you create and share.
Drafts a reply to a bank’s request about a payment. Business includes 1,000 requests a month.
Five themes — Titanium, Black Card, Private Bank, Ceramic and Facet — each in light and dark.
The TallyPro icon in the material of each theme, finished with the Business coin.
Send one link and, if you wish, a six-digit access code. Your client opens the portal in any browser — no app and no account. With a code set, a forwarded link alone will not open it, and you can see and revoke every device that has access.
Everyone works in the same company journal, and changes reach the team automatically. Every record is encrypted on members’ iPhones before it is sent, so our server stores records it cannot read. If two people edit the same operation, neither change is silently lost.
Five Business themes for the whole app, each in light and dark, with an icon to match on your Home Screen.
Business features require an active Business subscription held by the journal owner. Client portals and statement links open at tallypro.me while the owner’s Business is active. Bank reconciliation, the assistant and the month comparison are also included in Pro. Illustrations use sample data.

Run a shared, encrypted company journal for up to 10 people, with roles, amount visibility and client-by-client access, and see every team change. Track expected receipts, totals by company, tax to set aside and account thresholds. Hand your accountant one archive with statements, your report and invoices. Add your logo to invoices and choose from five Business themes and icons.
Paste a bank’s request or add its letter, choose the payment, and TallyPro drafts a reply in the language of the request. It uses only the facts you provide and marks anything missing for you to confirm.
When you press send, the request text, your notes, the chosen operation’s details and the text read from added letters go through our server to Anthropic’s Claude to prepare the draft. Nothing is sent before that. Always review a draft before using it.

Your main ledger stays on your device. A receipt link, a statement, a client portal, the team journal or the assistant send only what that feature needs — and statements, portals and team records are encrypted before they leave your iPhone. The privacy policy explains each case.
